أثر خصائص نظم أمن المعلومات على قدرات التعلم التنظيمية في الجامعات الأردنية

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر خصائص نظم أمن المعلومات على قدرات التعلم التنظيمية في الجامعات الأردنية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة الحالية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين مستخدمي تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجامعات الأردنية وعددها (26) جامعة حكومية وخاصة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مستخدمي تكنولوجيا المعلومات في ستة جامعات، وقد تم توزيع استبانة الدراسة على أفراد العينة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن خصائص نظم المعلومات مرتفعة المستوى بأبعادها بشكل عام، حيث كان مستوى الإتاحة مرتفعاً، والسرية مرتفعاً والتكاملية متوسطة المستوى، وجاء المتغير التابع والمتمثل في قدرات التعلم التنظيمية متوسط المستوى والمتمثلة في الالتزام التنظيمي وكان مرتفعاً، وكانت مشاركة المعرفة ذات مستوى متوسط، وتبين وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظم أمن المعلومات بأبعادها (السرية والتكاملية) على قدرات التعلم التنظيمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظم أمن المعلومات، قدرات التعلم التنظيمية.

The study aimed to identify the impact of the information Security Systems Characteristics on the Organizational Learning Capabilities in the Jordanian universities The study community consisted of all the Jordanian universities employees who uses Information Technology in all the (26) public and private universities. A questionnaire was distributed to the sample members; the analytical descriptive approach has been used because it suits the current study. The study found that the dimensions of Information Systems Characteristics scored generally high; were the availability and confidentiality variables scored high, the integration variable scored medium, the organizational capabilities scored medium in general with its variables (Knowledge sharing scored medium while organizational commitment scored high), the results showed a statistically significant impact of information security systems (confidentiality and integration) on organizational learning capabilities.
