العلاقة بين الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي وجودة الأداء الأكاديمي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس- دراسة مقارنة بين الكليات العلمية الحاصلة وغير الحاصلة على الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الملك سعود 2013م –

This study aimed to identify the relationship between obtaining the academic accreditation and quality of academic performance with respect to some elements of the quality related to the students and faculty members as the most important elements of the inputs and outputs of the educational process. This study was conducted to faculty members in six of the scientific colleges at King Saud University in Riyadh, three of them obtained the accreditation and three of them did not. A Quotas sample has been withdrawn consisted of 296 single, where a questionnaire was distributed. The volume of responses was 246 weighing 83%. The study found out that (67.9 %) of the respondents in the colleges that received accreditation believes that there is a development in the quality of academic performance in college after obtaining the academic accreditation. The study also showed that (62.2 %) of the respondents in colleges who obtained the accreditation or did not obtain it believes that obtaining the accreditation necessarily leads to a quality in academic performance. As it turns out from the study that there is no relationship between obtaining academic accreditation and the quality of students that is, to obtain accreditation does not necessarily lead to quality learning outcomes of students, where it turns through the views of the respondents that the quality of the outputs of the educational process of students in colleges did not receive the accreditation is higher than in colleges obtained it. The results also showed that there is no relationship between obtaining an academic accreditation and quality performance among faculty members, it became clear that the faculty members in colleges who obtained the accreditation or did not obtain it agree on the quality of the performance of a faculty member. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي وجودة الأداء الأكاديمي وذلك فيما يتعلق ببعض عناصر الجودة ذات العلاقة بالطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس كأهم عناصر مدخلات ومخرجات العملية التعليمية. وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ست من الكليات العلمية بجامعة الملك سعود بالرياض ثلاث منها حصلت على الاعتماد وثلاث منها لم تحصل عليه. وقد تم سحب عينة غير احتمالية حصصية تكونت من 296 مفردة، وتم توزيع استبيان الدراسة عليها، وقد بلغ حجم الاستجابة 246 بنسبة 83%. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن نسبة (67.9%) من أفراد العينة في الكليات التي حصلت على الاعتماد الأكاديمي ترى أن هناك تطوراً في جودة الأداء الأكاديمي في الكلية بعد الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن نسبة (62.2%) من أفراد العينة في الكليات الحاصلة وغير الحاصلة على الاعتماد ترى أن الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي يؤدي بالضرورة إلى جودة الأداء الأكاديمي. كما اتضح من الدراسة أنه ليس هناك علاقة بين الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي وبين جودة الطلاب أي أن الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي لا يؤدي بالضرورة إلى جودة مخرجات التعليمية من الطلاب، حيث اتضح من خلال وجهات نظر أفراد العينة أن جودة مخرجات العملية التعليمية من الطلاب في الكليات غير الحاصلة على الاعتماد أعلى منها في الكليات الحاصلة عليه. كما أظهرت النتائج أنه ليس هناك علاقة بين الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي وبين جودة أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، فقد اتضح أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكليات المعتمدة وغير المعتمدة موافقون على جودة أداء عضو هيئة التدريس. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلاقة – الاعتماد الأكاديمي- تحسين جودة الأداء الأكاديمي- هيئة التدريس- جامعة الملك سعود.
