واقع ممارسة إدارة المعرفة في جامعة الاقصى بقطاع غزة من وجهة نظر الموظفين الإداريين

Abstract: This Study aims to identify the reality of practicing knowlge management at Palestinian universities, applying  at alaqsa univesity in Gaza Strip, The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool that was distributed to a random sample of (175) individual workers at Al-Aqsa University. Their averages are arranged as follows: Knowledge storage (3.83) Knowledge diagnosis (3.74) Knowledge sharing (3.70) Knowledge generation (3.57) Knowledge transfer (3.50) Knowledge distribution (3.43), all with a degree of practice (high), and the results showed that there were no differences according to the variables (age group, position occupational status, social status, specialization), while there were significant differences due to the gender variable, and in favor of (males). Depending on the results, the researcher recommended the necessity of establishing a knowledge management department at Al-Aqsa University.

المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات الفلسطينية بالتطبيق على جامعة الأقصى في قطاع غزة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة تم توزيعها على عينة  عشوائية  بلغت (175) مفردة من العاملين في جامعة الاقصى توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع إدارة المعرفة في جامعة الاقصى جاء بمتوسط كلي ( 3.63من5) أي بمستوى (مرتفع) وعلى مستوى المجالات فجاءت متوسطاتها مرتبة كالآتي: تخزين المعرفة (3.83) تشخيص المعرفة (3.74) مشاركة المعرفة (3.70) توليد المعرفة (3.57) نقل المعرفة (3.50) توزيع المعرفة (3.43) وجميعها بدرجة ممارسة (مرتفعة)، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تبعا لمتغيرات (الفئة العمرية، المنصب الوظيفي، الحالة الاجتماعية، التخصص) فيما وجدت فروق معنوية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولصالح (الذكور) واعتمادا على النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة انشاء  قسم لإدارة المعرفة في جامعة الاقصى.
