إدارة المخاطر السياسية وأثرها على استراتيجية المنظمات في السودان – دراسة ميدانية على المنظمات العاملة في ولاية الخرطوم –

Managemet of political risks and it’s influence on the strategy of organizations in Sudan.This study, which is considered as an exploratory study, aimed at identifying the impact of political variables on the organizations operating in Sudan and haw it’s managed by organization, and by focusing on those working in the Khartoum state. The study stems from the fact that this study is an exploratory study of a previously unexplored field. The study obtain a randoum samble of 50 comppanies from the begest one in Khartoum state, the data has been collected by way of qustionnare and analysesed statistically and logically. The study was conducted with a number of results and recommendations, the most important of which is the impact of the political risks with a raitio of 60%, and the political instability in the Sudan negatively influence on the Sudanese business organizations with a ratio of 74%. Inspite of difficulties facing the government factor (48%) of the the sample ,which led them to adabted of devence Strategies, 48% of the samle has no organizational body to analyies the environment. Only 28% of the sample get help from outside consultant. Some of the strategies adapted by Sudanese organaization to avoid the risks is destrebuting the envestments (46%) of the sample, 18% of the organization used inmoral ways to gain the gvernment oportunities. The study recommended analyzing the external environment to overcoming the lack of information. Also the organisation must avoid the inmoral ways to get the government ensentivies , the diffculties of obtaining data can be solve by a good information system  Keywords: risks – political risks – Sudanese business organization.

هدفت الدراسة، والتي تعتبر دراسة استطلاعية، إلى التعرف على أثر المتغيرات السياسية على المنظمات العاملة في السودان وكيفية ادارتها من قبل المنظمة، بالتركيز على المنظمات العاملة في ولاية الخرطوم، وتنبع اهمية الدراسة من كونها دراسة استطلاعية لمجال بكر لم يبحث من قبل، وقد تم اخذ عينة عشوائية مكونة من 50 شركة من كبريات الشركات العاملة في الولاية لتطبيق الدراسة، وتم جمع البيانات بواسطة قائمة استبانة وتحليلها احصائيا ومنطقيا، وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج والتوصيات اهمها تؤثر المخاطر السياسية بنسبة 60%على المنظمات العاملة في السودان، كما أن عدم الاستقرار السياسي في السودان يؤثر سلبا على تلك المنظمات بنسبة 74%، وبالرغم من صعوبة التنبؤ بالمتغيرات الحكومية في 48%من عينة الدراسة، 60% من المنظمات ليس لديها جهاز لتحليل البيئة، إلا أن 28% فقط من المنظمات هي التي تستعين بمراكز خارجية. ومن الاستراتيجيات التي تتبعها المنظمات لتفادي المخاطر استراتيجية توزيع الاستثمارات وذلك بنسبة 46%، وكما أن 18% من مفردات العينة يستخدمون أساليب غير اخلاقية للحصول على الفرص الحكومية. وقد اوصت الدراسة أن تقوم المنظمات بتحليل البيئة الخارجية والتغلب على نقص المعلومات، مستفيدة من الخبرات الموجودة لديها والاستعانة بالمراكز الخارجية. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدم اتباع أية أساليب غير اخلاقية للحصول على الحوافز الحكومية والتغلب على صعوبات الحصول على المعلومات عن طريق بناء نظم جيدة للمعلومات  الكلمات المفتاحية: المخاطر- المخاطر السياسية – منظمات الاعمال السودانية.
