هدفت ورقتنا البحثية هذه إلى تبيان دور المقاولاتية في تفعيل إنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة لدى طلبة الجامعات، فبعد أن كان الخريج الجامعي يبحث عن منصب شغل، أصبح هو من يخلق ويعرض مناصب الشغل ويتحقق ذلك بدمج وربط ثقافة المقاولاتية بدار المقاولة وبرنامج التعليم العالي والتي يتمكن من خلالها من اكتساب مختلف المهارات المهنية التقنية، الإدارية والشخصية كمواقف سلوكية وتنمية روح المقاولاتية بما تحمل في طياتها من دعامات مثل: المبادرة والإبداع والمخاطرة وثقافة العمل المستقل والتي يتم تنميتها عن طريق الدعم والمرافقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المقاولاتية، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، هياكل الدعم، المبادرة، ثقافة العمل.
