إدارة المخاطر المالية وأثرها على المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمنطقة سبها – ليبيا- 2010- 2019م

The study aimed at identify the reality of the small and medium enterprises in Libya and the role of fainencil risks management in the success of these projects. The study followed the historical descriptive method and the quantitative methodology. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire, distributed to a simple random sample of small and medium enterprises and analyzed through the SPSS program. The study fond that, the lack of liquidity and the risk of repayment of loans come at the forefront of the financial risks affecting small and medium enterprises in the region of Sabha in Libya. The most important recommendations of the study: the need to develop the strategy of small and medium enterprises, after a careful and realistic analysis of the it’s environment. Develop a realistic strategy for projects, taking into account the risks faced by these enterprises. Keywords: Risks, financial management, small and medium enterprises.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ليبيا وبيان دور إدارة المخاطر المالية في نجاحها. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التاريخي والمنهج الكمي، وجمعت البيانات عن طريق قائمة استقصاء ووزعت لعينة عشوائية بسيطة من المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وحللت عن طريق برنامج SPSS. ومن أهم النتائج التي خرجت بها الدراسة ضعف السيولة وخطر تسديد القروض تأتي في مقدمة المخاطر المالية التي تؤثر في المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمنطقة سبها بليبيا. واستنادا للنتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة قدم الباحثان عددا من التوصيات، ومنها: ضرورة وضع استراتيجية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بعد تحليل دقيق وواقعي لبيئة المشروعات وضرورة وضع استراتيجيتها بصورة تضع في اعتبارها المخاطر المالية التي تواجهها تلك المشروعات. الكلمات المفتاحية: المخاطر – الإدارة المالية – المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
