الغرض: تحسين الأداء المستدام في شركة الفيحاء لصناعة البناء الجاهز المحدودة باستخدام العلاقة التفاعلية بين إدارة المخاطر ومتطلبات استمرارية الأعمال، ومناقشة النتائج التي تعزز هذا الاتجاه. المنهجية: تقديم نموذج مفاهيمي لتدفق مسارات استمرارية الأعمال في شركة الفيحاء لصناعة البناء الجاهز المحدودة، يتأسس على العلاقة التفاعلية بين إدارة المخاطر ومتطلبات استمرارية الأعمال مستخدما الطرائق الكمية انموذج (FMEA)لاختبار معنوية العلاقة والتأثير (لتفاعل إدارة المخاطر مع متطلبات استمرارية الأعمال) في تحسين الأداء المستدام للشركة. النتائج: لازالت شركة الفيحاء لصناعة البناء الجاهز المحدودة موضوع الدراسة، تفتقر إلى الإطار المفاهيمي الذي ينظم مكوناتها الرئيسة ويوحدها ويوجهها نحو تحسين الأداء المستدام للشركة، فضلا عن الاهتمام النسبي بالدور الاستراتيجي والمهم لاستراتيجية إدارة المخاطر، وتأثيراتها المزدوجة في كل من استمرارية الأعمال والأداء المستدام للشركة، وكانت اهم التوصيات هي تشخيص المخاطر التي تؤثر على استمرارية العمل في الشركة، للسيطرة عليها بما يحقق الاستجابة التامة لكل متطلبات استمرارية العمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: استمرارية الأعمال، إدارة المخاطر، الأداء المستدام.

Purpose: This study is intended to improve the Sustainability performance in the Al- Fayha / Basra branch Ready Construction Co limited relationship between the strategy of risk management and requirements of the business continuity and investigation of the findings. In addition it requires relative interest in the strategic role of the strategy of risk management and its dual effects on both the business continuity and the Sustainability performance of the Company. The main recommendations were to identify the risks that affect the business continuity of the company, to control them in order to achieve full response to all business continuity requirements.
