أثر الرقابة الإلكترونية على أداء الموظفين 

هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر الرقابة الإلكترونية على أداء موظفي جوازات محافظة جدة، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأخذت عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في جميع موظفي جوازات محافظة جدة، وقد صممت استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وزعت على 113 موظفاً في جوازات محافظة جدة، وتم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام وتطبيق الرقابة الإلكترونية وبين تحسين أداء موظفي جوازات محافظة جدة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ارتباط بين المعوقات الإدارية والبشرية التي تواجه استخدام الرقابة الإلكترونية وبين تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، بينما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المعوقات التكنولوجية والمعوقات المالية وبين تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بوسائل الرقابة الإلكترونية لأثرها الإيجابي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، العمل على توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في خدمة عمليات الرقابة الإلكترونية مواكبة للتطور التكنولوجي المستمر، توفير الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة لتفعيل وتطبيق الرقابة الإلكترونية وصيانة أجهزتها.  الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقابة، الرقابة الإلكترونية، أداء الموظفين، الإدارة الإلكترونية.

The main objective of this study is to illustrate the impact of the electronic control on the staff performance among employees in Jeddah passports department. The study used the descriptive analytical method. A random sample was taken from the study group. A questionnaire was designed as a data collection tool and distributed to 113 employees. The results of the study found the presence of an effect for the electronic control on staff performance. Also, the study found that the financial and technology difficulties effect on the staff performance. On the other hand, there is not any effect of the administrative and human difficulties on the performance. In the light of the results reached, the study recommended various advice, first, necessity of provide electronic control’s devices and maintenance them because of its positive effect on the performance. Second, taking advantage of modern technology to develop electronic control. Finally, providing the necessary financial resources for the application of electronic control.
