الحكومة الإلكترونية

نظراً لأن حجم القطاع الحكومي يشكل نسبة كبيرة من إجمالي القطاعات الاقتصادية في اغلب دول عالم، وطالما التعامل مع القطاع الحكومي لا يقتصر على فئة دون غيرها بل يعم على كل المواطنين والمقيمين والمؤسسات وغيرها، وطالما هذا التعامل متعدد في نوعيته ووسائله وكيفية نماذجه باختلاف اجراءاته وخطوات تنفيذه وإمكانها بين اروقة الدوائر الحكومية، جاء مفهوم الحكومة الإلكترونية كوسيلة مثلى للحكومة تمكنها من رعاية مصالح الجمهور من افراد ومؤسسات إلكترونيا باستخدام التكنولوجيا المتطورة دون حاجة طالب الخدمة إلى التنقل بين ادارات الحكومة.  ونظرا لأن حجم القطاع الحكومي يشكل نسبة كبيرة من إجمالي القطاعات في أغلب دول العالم، ونظرا لأن القطاع الحكومي لا يقتصر على فئة دون غيرها بل يعم كافة المواطنين والمؤسسات وغيرها، ومن هنا برز دور الحكومة الإلكترونية كوسيلة مثلى للحكومة تمكنها من رعاية مصالح الجمهور من أفراد ومؤسسات إلكترونيا دون حاجة طالب الخدمة إلى التنقل بين الادارات الحكومية، وهذا يتطلب بذور الاعتماد على آليات الحوكمة، أي الحاكمية الرشيدة للدولة بتسيير فعال على مستوى الدولة بأكملها.  الكلمات المفتاحية: الحكومة الإلكترونية، الإنترنت، الحوكمة، التكنولوجيا.
