الدور الوسيط لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على نقل التكنولوجيا  دراسة تطبيقية على مدراء ومسئولي إدارة نظم المعلومات بوزارة التربية بدولة الكويت

Abstract: The study aimed to examine the mediating role of management information systems in the relationship between knowledge management and its impact on the transfer of technology. Studying its application to its application to the officials and employees of the management of information systems in the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait. Three hypotheses were examined: knowledge management has a positive relationship with management information systems, knowledge management has Positive relationship with technology transfer. Management information systems mediate the relationship between knowledge management and technology transfer. Data and information were collected by surveying a sample of 200 employees using a comprehensive enumeration method. The results showed that there is a positive contribution of knowledge management to improving the role of management information systems, and that there is a positive correlation between knowledge management and technology transfer, in addition to having a positive mediating role for management information systems that contribute to enhancing the positive role of knowledge management towards technology transfer.

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الى بحث الدور الوسيط لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على نقل التكنولوجيا دراسة تطبيقية على مسئولي وموظفي إدارة نظم المعلومات بوزارة التربية دولة الكويت ، تم بحث ثلاث فرضيات هي إدارة المعرفة لها علاقة ايجابية بنظم المعلومات الإدارية ، إدارة المعرفة لها علاقة ايجابية بنقل التكنولوجيا، تتوسط نظم المعلومات الإدارية العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة ونقل التكنولوجيا، تم جمع البيانات والمعلومات من خلال مسح عينة قدرها  200 موظف بأسلوب الحصر الشامل، النتائج أظهرت ان هناك مساهمة إيجابية لإدارة المعرفة على تحسين دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية و ان هناك ارتباط إيجابيي بين إدارة المعرفة ونقل التكنولوجيا الى جانب وجود دور وسيط إيجابي لنظم المعلومات الإدارية يسهم في تعزيز دور إدارة المعرفة الإيجابي تجاه نقل التكنولوجيا.
